There's a real time problem
Going through all the data takes too long
Every freight carries a certain amount of administrative work behind it. The order has to be entered, the documents collected and checked, the costs assigned, and the invoice prepared against what was agreed.
Most of that involves reading information that already exists somewhere and moving it into the right place. And because each person on the team records things slightly differently, finding it again later takes longer than it should.
A customer's own spreadsheet of next week's loads: dozens of rows with dates in six different formats, weights in tonnes and in kilos and sometimes missing, blank pallet counts, and delivery addresses typed into the notes column.

The request becomes a freight
Send it the order however it arrived — an email, a customer's spreadsheet, a note somebody typed out. It creates the freight with the customer, the places, the cargo and the lines already in, priced off your contract rate or off what the lane went out at last time. A customer or a place it has not seen before, it creates; anything missing, it flags rather than guesses.

Ask it to put the load on a truck, change the driver, move a batch to complete, or raise the purchase order for a subcontractor and draft the email that goes with it. It does the step and writes down what it did, so the assistant's work shows up in the record's history beside everyone else's.

Invoice it
It tells you what's ready to bill
It watches for work that has finished and proposes what to invoice — the freights that qualify, the standalone charges, the adjustments — grouped the way each customer wants them, one per freight or one a month. Before it proposes anything it checks what would hold the invoice up: the VAT number, the addresses, the references, the CMR, the price and the tax. Switch on automatic invoicing and it issues them itself, inside the limits you set, and stops on anything that does not pass.
A skill is the job, written down once
Not a workflow to build or a rule to configure. A paragraph, in the words you would use with somebody on their first day, saved under a name.
From then on it is something your workspace has. It runs when you ask for it, or on its own if you set it that way, and it does the job the same way every time — whoever is in the office.

What it won't do
Worth knowing before a demo rather than after one. An assistant you cannot predict is one nobody uses twice.
Post by itself
Everything it produces waits for a person. Automatic invoicing is the one exception, and it is opt-in per workspace.
Invent what's missing
A row with no date comes back with no date. It flags the gap rather than picking something that lets the batch through.
Look outside your workspace
It answers off the data in Meight and nothing else, on European infrastructure.
Hide what it did
Its work sits in the record's history beside everyone else's, with the file it read still attached.
