Évora, 22nd of August, 2022 — Meight’s solution was integrated into the truck fleet of Lusifrota, a company owned by Grupo Lusiaves, responsible for the road transport of products and goods of the group.
The partnership started through a pilot project, with 15 vehicles, in which, during this period, there was a 10% reduction in emissions, equivalent to 48.16 tonnes of C02.
Meight has recently completed the installation of the remaining 100 heavy vehicles, which is estimated to achieve fuel savings of around 200,000 lt, equivalent to approximately 526 tons of C02 per year. However, the main objective is for Meight’s solution to expand to the more than 1100 vehicles that make up the fleet.
