What This Website Collects
This section is about meight.com, the website you are reading. The Meight platform and the driver app collect more than this and are covered by your contract with us.
When you ask for a demo or contact us. The form asks for your name, work email, company, job title and phone number. The form itself is provided by Dialed Forms, which receives what you type in order to pass it to us. We use it to reply to you and to talk to you about Meight.
When you allow analytics. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics records which pages you visit, roughly where in the world you are, and how you reached the site. It does not tell us your name, and we do not use it to identify anyone. If you decline, none of this happens — see Cookies below.
Automatically, to serve the site at all. Our hosting provider, Vercel, records the usual technical details of a request, including your IP address, to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Cookies and Analytics
Nothing is measured until you say yes. The first time you visit, we ask whether we may use analytics. Until you accept, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google. If you decline, the analytics code is never loaded at all.
What is stored if you accept. Google Analytics sets cookies that recognise your browser on later visits, so repeat visits are not counted as new people. They expire on their own.
What is stored either way. Your answer to the question, so we do not ask again on every page. It is kept in your browser under meight-consent-analytics-v1, it never leaves your device, and it tells us nothing about you.
Changing your mind. Clearing this site's data in your browser settings removes your saved answer, and we will ask again on your next visit.
Strictly necessary cookies. We do not use advertising or profiling cookies on this website.
With Whom We Share Data

In the case Meight were to send data to a country that is not part of the European Union, enforcement of all locally applicable legal rules will be ensured and also that those transfers will occur under model provisions approved by the European Commission for this purpose, in the case the destination state does not possess legislation deemed equivalent to the European one in the matters of personal data.
Meight might also use personal data to comply with legal obligations or requests from authorities (i.e., courts, police, regulatory authorities), or to, in Meight's legitimate interest, to further claims or complaints concerning its rights or to protect clients. Personal data of clients will only be made available when Meight is bound to do so by law and after an exhaustive analysis of legal requirements.
To oppose data treatment, send us an email to gdpr@meight.com.
How We Protect Your Information

Your Rights
Under applicable legislation, the client has the right to access all data that is directly about their activity or employees, being also allowed to request portability, correction, addition, removal or limitation in the context of treatment. For this purpose, you may contact Meight by sending an email to gdpr@meight.com.
